Teaching Tai Chi and Meditation in Prisons

Tai Chi is used as an outlet for prisoners to get in touch with their inner worlds and emotions, to form a community with each other, and to improve their overall health.
This video is an archive clip of Taoist lineage holder Bruce Frantzis teaching Wu Style Tai Chi to prisoners in New Mexico in 1987. Bruce has taught tai chi and chi gung (qigong) for over 30 years. He currently runs workshops and his company Energy Arts has over 100 certified instructors in Tai Chi and Chi Gung (qigong).
